eBuyNow eCommerce Ltd return and refund policy gives individuals the right to return purchased items and request a refund provided they meet the following requirements:
- The product(s) must have been ordered from the website (www.moto360.com) not more than 30 days from the day of return.
- The returned item(s) MUST be repackaged into the original retail box and must contain all the accompanying accessories including the instruction manual, cables, and all other items included with the product at initial purchase.
- The returned item(s) must be in perfect condition and free from any physical damage.
- Proof of purchase or receipt must be attached to the boxed item.
Failure to meet the above requirements will attract a rejection of the return and refund request. The cost that may arise from returning the damaged product to the owner after it has been denied a refund is SOLELY the customer's responsibility.
